Scene on Campus

No pinstripes tonight

The Law School prom is more awesome than you think.

At their annual spring prom, Yale Law School students danced like they’d never heard of citations or certiorari. Shown here at the March 28 event in Commons—and dressed for the night’s theme, Old Hollywood—are (left to right) [Name Removed*], Grace Kao ’15JD, Cara McClellan ’15JD, Amber Koonce ’17JD, Jordan Bryant ’16JD, and Elizabeth Chao ’15JD. All proceeds from the ticket sales went to benefit the Initiative for Public Interest Law at Yale, a student-run nonprofit that funds fellowships for law students from around the country. But the public interest had to wait until morning. The night was for glamour.
