PLEASE NOTE: Interstate 90 will be closed to all vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists, eastbound and westbound, mainline and express lanes, between Interstate 5 in Seattle to Island Crest Way on Mercer Island from 12:45 p.m. - 2:40 p.m.

Event Details:

Pete Day (JE ’66) is pleased to invite you to join him for the Seafair Air Show at his home on Mercer Island. The Blue Angels’ performance is thrilling, with a number of flyovers within 200 yards of the house.

This will be a potluck, so guests can sign up to bring side dishes, desserts and drinks, or your preferred meats (or vegetarian options) to grill. Pete will provide beer, wine and soft drinks. Please indicate in the RSVP what you will be bringing.

In the past, the air show has been from 1:30-2:30p. Lunch will start at 12pm. Given the bridge closure (see above), it is advisable to arrive early. Please RSVP to peterrday@comcast.net.
