Protest in the street

Protesters calling for Yale to divest from military weapons manufacturers blocked the intersection of Grove and College Streets from about 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. yesterday before dispersing and moving to Cross Campus. Earlier yesterday morning, 60 people—including 47 students—were arrested by Yale Police for trespassing on Beinecke Plaza after the third night of a protest encampment.
