In the wake of the earthquake that struck Haiti on January 12, many members of the Yale community responded by donating their skills. A team of six Yale doctors and medical personnel brought supplies to the Haitian city of Hinche, where they spent six days providing trauma care and surgery to some 400 people. (Above, Dr. Gregory Luke Larkin cares for an infant.) Thirteen campus musical groups staged a benefit concert in Woolsey Hall. And students and faculty from the School of Art donated works to a silent auction to raise money for relief efforts.
