Lately, though, his musical interests have gotten more eclectic. In a series of YouTube videos, he combines "beatboxing"—a kind of intricate vocal percussion—with hip-hop tunes on his cello. Urged on by cellist Yo-Yo Ma and hip-hop pioneer KRS-One, Olusola says he's decided "maybe this is something I could do seriously." He hopes to continue his musical studies after graduation.
