The shop offers 12 signature salads and will make salads to order for customers. On York Street is Chairigami,where Zachary Rotholz ’11 sells cardboard furniture he developed as part of his senior project in engineering. (He turned it into a business with help from the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute.) “The thing about cardboard is that everyone can relate to it,” he says.
