The Sol LeWitt wall drawing exhibition will be up until January 27, 2019, and then it’ll be painted out. The exhibition consists of 7 wall drawings out of the 43 recently gifted to the Gallery by Carol LeWitt, who will be the Gallery’s next board chair. The drawings were installed by a group of 15 artists, under the direction of John Hogan, the Gallery’s Mary Jo and Ted Shen Installation Director and Archivist for Sol LeWitt Wall Drawings. LeWitt’s instructions and diagrams for his wall drawings are a lot like a musical score. They can be “performed” again and again.
