William Hunter and the Anatomy of the Modern Museum

More than 300 objects, selected from the collections of eighteenth-century physician and anatomist William Hunter, display his intellectual pursuits. Hunter’s acquisitions became the basis for Glasgow’s Hunterian Museum—the oldest public museum in Scotland.
