Legal trouble

On the Grove Street façade of the Sterling Law Buildings, a young man has fallen prey to demon rum, cards, and who knows what else? (We can’t be sure what’s in that pipe.) Nearby, for balance, is a carving of a Puritan brandishing a Bible.
