Burger time

How long has it been since you had a cheese works from Louis’ Lunch? Fourth-generation proprietor Jeff Lassen is still at the cast-iron grill, and the 120-year-old Crown Street burger joint is now open till the wee hours of the morning on weekends. Just don’t ask for ketchup.
