June used to be quiet in New Haven, but these days we’re blessed with the joyful noise of the International Festival of Arts and Ideas, which starts Friday and runs through June 25. At venues all over Yale and the city, audiences can enjoy theater, music, dance, lectures, and discussions. The headliner? George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, this Saturday on the Green for free.
