The new college try

Prospect Street between Trumbull and Sachem is closed for three weeks to accommodate construction of the new residential colleges. (That’s one of the towers of Benjamin Franklin College in the foreground.) Last week, Yale announced the appointment of astronomy professor Charles Bailyn ’81 as head of Franklin, and Chinese literature professor Tina Lu as head of Pauli Murray College.
