The west tower of Pauli Murray College—which will be just a few feet shorter than Harkness Tower—is looking finished in the middle, but there's work to do at the top and the bottom. That’s the Farmington Canal Greenway, a bicycle and pedestrian path that stretches 16 miles north to Cheshire, in the foreground.
