No need for streetlights

Evans Hall, home of the School of Management, lights up at night like a very large, imposing lantern. Its 2014 inauguration moved SOM out of the Victorian surroundings of Hillhouse Avenue and into the architecture of the digital age. Can anybody name the architect? (Hint: when Elizabeth II raised him to the peerage, he became Baron Foster of Thames Bank.)
