Now open at Elm and Park Streets is The Place 2 Be, the fifth location for a Hartford-based restaurant chain described by its owners as a “millennial food concept” that is “inspired by a true love for brunch, Instagram, and our customers.” Tell us when you went to Yale without telling us when you went to Yale: what restaurant do you remember in this location?
