Throwback Thursday: the first Peabody

Yesterday we showed you a scene from Tuesday's reopening of the Peabody Museum of Natural History. Here's a shot of the lecture hall in the original Peabody, which stood from 1873 to 1917 on the site where Saybrook College is now.
