A decanal decade

At a reception in Commons last night, Yale celebrated the ten-year tenure of Tamar Gendler ’87 as inaugural dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Gendler will return to her role as a professor in the philosophy department after a year's sabbatical on the West Coast.
