In Remembrance: John "Jack" Amrhein LeVan ’43 Died on September 26 2013

John "Jack" Amrhein LeVan passed away at the age of 93 on September 26, 2013. After college, he served as a PV-2 bomber pilot in the US Naval Air Force in the Pacific theater from 1942 to 1945, before earning a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. For much of his professional career, he worked for the Union Carbide Corporation in New York, where he developed one of the company's first affirmative action programs.
