Searle and Company from 1977 to 1985, died on January 17, 2014, at his home in Lake Forest, Illinois. He was 86. After graduating from Yale, Dixon served in the US Air Force. Throughout his life, he was involved in several nonprofit organizations, including the Art Institue of Chicago and the Rehabilitation Institue of Chicago.
