Arthur Seifert, 83, died on December 28, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Kerstin; his son Stephen Seifert and his partner, Davol Tedder; his daughter Carolyn Wachuta, his son-in-law Timothy, and his three grandchildren, Christopher, Brooke and Sabrina; his sister, Dorothy Tennant.
