During the World War II, he served in the U.S. Army Air Corps, and later joined the Central Intelligence Agency. He also worked as a lawyer in the Office of General Counsel, and was later appointed as Deputy General Counsel. In 1974, he was awarded the Intelligence Medal of Merit for exceptionally meritorious service. Read his obituary here. |
