John Theodore (“Jack”) Fey passed away on April 29, 2015, at age 98. He had a long and illustrious career spanning government, education, and business. He was Clerk of the Supreme Court and also the president of the University of Vermont and the University of Wyoming. The Arizona Daily Star ran a story on May 17, 2015.
