Robert Watson (“Bob”) Foster passed away on May 17, 2015. After serving as an officer in the navy, he pursued a career as a Professor of Law at the University of Louisville and then at the University of South Carolina, where he worked from 1962 until his retirement in 1991. The Charleston Post and Courier ran a full obituary on May 18, 2015.
