In Remembrance: Charles C. Bray ’50 Died on August 28 2015

Charles Collins Bray passed away at his home in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, on Friday, August 28, 2015. He attended Yale University and Princeton Theological Seminary, and obtained his PhD in social work from the University of Pittsburgh. A devoted champion of civil rights, Dr. Bray served as minister of the Third Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh, professor of social work at Bryn Mawr College, and, briefly, as a one-star general in the Red Cross in Saudi Arabia.
