ObituariesIn Remembrance: Benjamin F. Rush Jr. ’48MD Died on February 22 2013Benjamin F. Rush Jr., 89, passed peacefully on February 22, 2013, at his home in Summit, New Jersey. Rush was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and lived there until going off to college in California. He served in the Army during the Korean War as a surgeon in a M.A.S.H. unit. A Summit resident for the past 44 years, he was a member of numerous medical organizations and received many awards for his dedication and research. A full obituary appeared in the Star-Ledger on February 27, 2013. |
