He was a surgeon, having earned his MD at Harvard Medical School, and practiced at Manchester Memorial Hospital from 1956 to 1983. After earning his law degree at Yale at age 60, he worked in public health law and policy. A full obituary ran in the Hartford Courant on March 7, 2016. |
