In Remembrance: F. R. Erskine Crossley ’49DEng Died on February 4 2017

Francis Rendel “F. R.” Erskine Crossley died peacefully on February 4, 2017, at the age of 101. He taught mechanical engineering at Yale for 20 years and founded an international engineering journal, Journal of Mechanisms.

The New Haven Register carried a full obituary on February 8, 2017.
