In Remembrance: Judith Stein '61MAT '68PhD Died on May 8 2017

Judith Stein '61MAT '68PhD, 77, passed away on June 26, 2017.  In 2013, Stein was named a distinguished professor at City University.  She authored the groundbreaking study "The World of Marcus Garvey: Race and Class in Modern Society" in 1986, as well as "Running Steel, Running America: Race, Economic Policy, and the Decline of Liberalism" in 1998, and "Pivotal Decade: How the United States Traded Factories for Finance in the Seventies" in 2011.
