In Remembrance: Samuel K. Frazier ’62BKD Died on May 26 2017

Samuel K. Frazier ’62BKD, 80, passed away on May 26, 2017.  On the recommendation of Martin Luther King, Jr., he was hired by Bishop Paul Moore to serve as vicar of Saint Phillips Episcopal Church.  He was later appointed to the District of Columbia Human Relations Commission, and opened two real estate companies.  He also published "Straight Like Me - the Journey of a Gay Priest in the Episcopal Church," and completed a novel based on Jeptha, from the Book of Judges.
