In Remembrance: William D. Evers ’49 Died on June 28 2017

William D. Evers ’49, 90, passed away on June 28, 2017.  He spent 12 years as a managing partner at Pettit, Evers & Martin, helping grow the firm from 7 to 70 lawyers.  Later, he became head of the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Economic Development.  He helped Mayor Diane Feinstein create the Shanghai-San Francisco "Sister City" program.
