In Remembrance: Martin Hamburger ’52JD Died on August 19 2017

Martin Hamburger passed away peacefully on August 19, 2017, at the age of 89.  He was an attorney, practicing for 55 years in the Pittsburgh area.  He also served as Pittsburgh's assistant city solicitor and worked on the National Labor Relations Board.

His family wrote that he was “accepted at both Harvard and Yale Law Schools, and chose Yale where he was taught the law and learned to make and drink martinis.”
