In Remembrance: Verner F. Chaffin ’61JSD Died on April 27 2018

Verner Franklin Chaffin died at home in Athens, Georgia, on April 27, 2018. He served in the US Navy during World War II and again during the Korean War, and later pursued a 42-year career in legal academia, first at the University of Alabama and then at the University of Georgia.
