In Remembrance: David Tillinghast ’54LLB Died on August 15 2018

David Tillinghast passed away on August 15, 2018 at the age of 88. Tillinghast was the first Special Treasury Assistant for International Affairs from 1962-1965. In 1996, the New York University International Law School created a new annual lecture in his name.
