In Remembrance: Frank J. Boros ’69MFA Died on August 31 2017

Frank J. Boros, oil painter and costume/set designer, died in New York in August 2017, after a lengthy illness. He was 74 years old. Boros was a member of IATSE (the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees), through which he worked on several Broadway shows and daytime serials, and was also a 1994 graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia. His colorful and vibrant artwork is owned by numerous private collectors, while his original costume/set designs have been acquired by the Haas Arts Library at Yale University.
