In Remembrance: Gerrit J. Blauvelt ’63 Died on November 11 2018

Gerrit John Blauvelt MD passed away peacefully on November 11, 2018, from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. He had practiced medicine in San Francisco for nearly 50 years, and was an associate clinical professor at UCSF.

The San Francisco Chronicle carried a full obituary on November 25, 2018.
