Dorfman moved to New Haven, CT with his wife Janet, before attending Yale Law School where he received his JD in 1964. In his free time, Dorfman was deeply engaged with leadership positions within the fields of his varied interests. As such, Dorfman served on executive boards of the San Francisco Opera Association, Japan Society, and the American Jewish Committee, to name a few. |
