In Remembrance: Francis O. Spalding ’50 Died on March 21 2013

Francis O. “Frank” Spalding passed away March 21, 2013, from complications following a stroke. He was 83. He was a former law professor and associate dean at Northwestern University School of Law, and a respected arbitrator and mediator.
