We were friends at Yale—I’m sadden to hear this news. My condolences to his family.
We did business in Carlisle where he developed land and sold house lots. My condolences to the Mannis family. Jed was a wonderful person and will be missed.
Jed was one of the most brilliant people I knew at Yale, but also terrific fun, warm and witty always. What a superb life, and what an exmaple for all.
Warren Henry Rothman, ‘65, ‘65, ‘70.
I was in Jed's class at Yale. I only knew him in passing, but somehow was well aware of what a special person he was. Later we had some good talks at the 45th Class Reunion. It was then that I realized what a big heart he had, and truly came to respect him.
