Cliff was a treasured friend since he and Mike were high school classmates at Fieldston in the 1950's and again at Harvard in the same decade and beyond. Mike and Cathy continued their friendship with Cliff and Adele through all the years thereafter in New York and Washington and Cambridge. His absence still hurts and will for the years still ahead of us.
