Knowlton Foundation and retired Managing Partner of the Ohio law firm Taft, Stettinius, & Hollister, died on July 20, 2013, due to complications from cancer. He was 84. Distinguished in his practice, Charles had been named to "The Best Lawyers in America" for over 25 consecutive years. The Foundation released an extensive obituary on July 22, 2013. Charles' alma mater, Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, has also published a remembrance. |
