In Remembrance: Richard W. Billings ’50 Died on September 3 2013

Richard W. Billings, 86, a banking executive and former board chairman of Crozer-Keystone Health System, died September 3, 2013, of cancer at his home in Springton Lake Village of Media, Pennsylvania. Mr. Billings retired in 1989 as executive vice president and director of Fidelity Bank and Fiedlcorp, both now parts of Wells Fargo.
