ObituariesIn Remembrance: Sharon Marlene Katz ’93 Died on September 4 2013After a long and courageous battle with breast cancer, Sharon Marlene Katz, 41, passed away in New York City on September 4, 2013. Graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Psychology, Katz went on to become a licensed clinical social worker in her hometown of Miami, Fla. She spent the last six years as Program Director and then Director of Supervision and Research at Casa Valentina, an organization which provides housing, guidance, medical care and educational and psychosocial support for youth who have aged out of foster care.
