Yale’s grounds maintenance crew has been introducing more edible plants into the campus landscape. Silliman College has an impressive crop of pumpkins. EDITED, September 17: While it is true that Yale is introducing edible plants, it appears that these are freelance pumpkins. Silliman resident Jyot Singh ’21 told us on Twitter that “my friend and I planted these in May when we were working commencement shifts.”
