The outdoor apparel retailer Patagonia is closing its store at York Street and Broadway after five years in the space. Over the years, the corner has been anchored by a drug store, more than one restaurant/nightclub, an Au Bon Pain franchise, and a European fashion boutique. What do you think should be next?
