Mystery Monday: Greek to me

Greek letters appear all over the campus. Where did we spot this radiant phi? And for bonus points, why is it there?

Per wikipedia, the "Phi" chapter was the first DKE chapter, founded in 1844 "in Room 12 of Old South Hall"...I presume they mean the Old Brick Row...South College...later known as Union Hall...Ironic, given Yale's founding DKE members tended to be Southerners. <> I find fraternity history the toughest part of Yale history to pin down. Sigh.
