    <> Educated guess -> Sheffield-Sterling-Strathcona Hall. The grey stone is one clue. SSS has several other "gargoyles" that celebrate the electric light, hydroelectric power, etc. <> No wonder some call the style Industrial Gothic... perfect for a tech institute like the Sheffield Scientific School.
